PvP and RvR

In most MMORPGs PvP matters less than levelling your character, which takes the foreground. In RF Online, PvP is a question of life and death in the struggle to survive. A war between characters of different races becomes a war between guilds, which in turn grows into an interstellar war.

The inter-race war over resources is no empty phrase. Every player should understand that in acting for the interests of their own race, they are first of all improving their own prosperity.
