Chat
Kinds of chat
General chat
To reach the chat line press Enter, T or Ctrl+T. Type the message and press Enter to send it. Players within a small radius of you will see it.
Private
To send a personal message to any player, type in the message line: /(player's name), a space, and the message. Example: /Igrok Hello!
Party
To talk to your party, type /p, a space, and the message. To avoid typing the command every time, open the chat window (T or Ctrl+T) and left-click the Party button. Example: /p Hi all!
Guild chat
Example: /g Hi! How are things?
Map chat
Everyone present on the map of the current location. Example: /m Selling blue ore
Race chat
Between the race leader and the ruling council. Only the race leader and the council can use it. Example: /r 10 minutes to the mine war!
Note
| If typing a name for every private message is tiresome, hold Ctrl and left-click the character: the character's action menu opens. Choose Private chat and talk privately from there (only the two of you see it). |
The chat window

04. Window size: this button makes the chat window taller or shorter
05. Close: collapses the window to a single-line chat

Friends
What is the Friends (Buddy) list?
A kind of address book for your in-game friends. At any moment you can see where they are, if they are online. It exists to make talking easier and finding new companions simpler.

Adding a friend
Open the list and choose [register friend], or Ctrl-click the character you want to add: the character menu opens; choose [register friend]. This message is sent: If accepted, both players are added to each other's lists. To remove someone, press [delete]. |
Once added
After a successful registration you can see:
1. whether the character is online or not
2. the character's location
Ignoring
Use this when you want to stop receiving messages from a particular player. In the Ignore menu choose [add] and enter the player's name. Block private: blocks private messages. Block chat: blocks every kind of chat (general, map and so on). |
