Accretia — race features
Description and use
“The perfect killing weapon.” Launchers are the most destructive weapon of the Accretian Empire, combining terrifying firepower with incredible effectiveness. The weight and the fearsome recoil of these devices make them impossible for any race to use except the steel soldiers of the Accretian Empire.
What launchers can do
Launchers take rounds of several types, and the effects of some of them are comparable to the Force of the other races: fire, earth, water and wind. This is meant to make up for the Accretians having no capacity for magic. A player can buy rockets of any kind and build different combat strategies around them.
A launcher's destructive power is far greater than it might appear at first glance, and that firepower fills the other races with dread. Its advantage is that a single shot can strike not just one person but a whole area, and that destructive power shows to particular effect in full-scale battles.

Using them in practice
A launcher is of no use at all without rockets, so you have to keep an eye on your ammunition at all times. Up to level 30 the launcher and its ammunition can be bought from a weapons vendor; after that the weapon can be modified to improve what Talics do for it. Another feature of launchers is that the more powerful the round, the longer the reload, noticeably longer than for other kinds of weapon. Every soldier of the Empire therefore has to think ahead about what to do while reloading, and be ready to change strategy at any moment.
Siege mode
The Empire's soldiers have nicknamed the Siege Kit, the extra equipment that activates siege mode, the weapon of victory. It is not the greatest achievement of Imperial technology, of course. But bear in mind that on a planet with the gravity and the magnetic field of Novus, digital equipment is all but impossible to use. So the Siege Kit, with its destructive power and firepower, gives Accretian forces an incomparable military advantage. Not even the strongest Cora or Bellato can deal with this deadly weapon.

Kinds of launcher
Launchers divide into four kinds, three offensive and one defensive.

Type 1. Uses various rounds and fires single shots.

Type 2. Uses rounds with liquid fuel and fires triple shots.

Type 3. Uses various rounds and fires double shots.

Type 4. The Grenade Launcher does not use ordinary rounds. Its rounds place negative effects on the enemy, debuffs comparable to Cora and Bellato spells, with different effects depending on the kind of round used.
Rockets for the launcher
A launcher needs ammunition, like every other ranged weapon. The rounds come as follows.
Type: rocket, liquid fuel or grenade.
Target: one selected target, or several targets with an area effect.
Element: fire, water, earth, wind, or ordinary with no element.
Capacity: standard (100), penetrating (500) or ground (30000).
