How to get them:
The unique jewellery drops from the pit bosses Dagan, Dagon and Dagnu in Elan — all except the Amulet of Unity.

There are two kinds, and both are shared by every race:

• ring;
• amulet.

The accessories:
Crafting the Amulet of Unity only becomes available in the Final Update.

The Amulet of Unity is obtained like this:

• combination chance — 100%

Extra bonuses:

• the extra bonuses only apply once you hold 3 and 4 of the accessories respectively.
